Many talented professionals stay invisible in the job market not because they lack experience, but because their background isn’t communicated in a way the market understands. They apply, rewrite their CV, and still wonder why nothing moves. I know this from the inside. I arrived in Germany in 2019 as a Master’s student in a small city, Zweibrücken, with no network, no German, and no idea how any of this works. Today, I work as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, fully in German, on international projects across multiple industries. The path between those two points taught me exactly what works in this market and what does not. I learned that success in a new environment is not just about hard work or qualifications. It is about clarity, positioning, and knowing how the system works. I built my career here from zero, and along the way, I learned the system from the inside. The coaching I offer today is the one I wish I had when I arrived. I do not work from theory; I work from lived experience, and I do not believe anyone should have to figure this out alone.
