I’m Nigar Ganbarli, a Career Coach with 8+ years in international corporate environments.

I know this firsthand. When I moved from Azerbaijan to Germany in 2019, I started as a Master’s student in a small town, Zweibrücken — no connections, no roadmap, no idea how the system worked. I built everything from scratch, through uncertainty, through COVID, through every stage of the journey: student visa → work visa → permanent residency → German citizenship.
I learned that success in a new environment isn’t just about hard work or qualifications. It’s about clarity, positioning, and knowing how the system works.

Today, I work as a consultant in Berlin at a Big 4 firm in Finance & Business Transformation projects, with a background leading international finance teams across 20+ countries. I hold a Master’s in Finance, an MBA, and a PMP certification. But more importantly, I’ve sat on the other side of the table too, hiring for my own teams. I know how recruiters think, how candidates get evaluated, and why strong profiles often go unnoticed. That knowledge is what I bring to every mentorship
